Workshop days with David Marchant
Michael Stumpf’s work was a real hit with the pupils of year 5 at Gowerton and many sculptures were made influenced by his work.
A Lemon on legs, Sir Camo, Beachy Bethany and Horse legs, were all made from Mod-rock, card, a paint and collage.David Cushway also influenced a larger group of boys who made a camouflaged super car called ‘The Swag Mobile’.
It was really impressive how the groups worked collaboratively and were able to make joint decisions with great maturity.
