As part of Juneau Projects‘ new commission for Art Across The City 2013, everybody is invited to take part in CARDBOARD WARS, a free cardboard costume tournament and picnic in Singleton Park, Swansea on the 21st September
Report to our military tent in Singleton Park at 1200 hours sharp (midday), beneath Juneau Projects’ bird sculptures high up in the trees. You are invited to build a cardboard costume and a weapon of your choice then test their strength in a conkers-style tournament, with prizes for the winners! Bring a picnic along to the park. If you don’t want to take part (chickens!) then sit and enjoy the tournament. There is no age limit for competitors.
