Juneau Project’s Cardboard Wars last weekend was amazing fun!

Participants used cardboard to build their own armour and a weapon which then had to be tested in a non-contact conkers-style tournament. Even though the day started with drizzly rain, over forty people came to our army tent and twenty four warriors took part in the tournament which celebrated one winner as well as five runner-up prizes, beautiful bird ornament and necklaces made by the artists. We also enjoyed the delicious and colourful bird design cupcakes from Munch Cake, who specialise in gluten free goodies.
