We had a great day with the young people from Create – Summer Arts Programme, painting the placards for Jacob Dahlgren‘s Procession.
We started our day with a guided tour on the High Street viewing the existing artworks previously commissioned by Art Across The City. This was followed by a very colourful workshop painting the placards that are going to be used in Jacob Dahlgren’s Procession through town on the 7th of September. The workshop was very successful and we all had a lot of fun doing it, as admitted by the participants: ‘It is better than drumming!’
Better than drumming it really was.
