Alex Duncan is a multi-disciplined artist whose practice is concerned with his strive be open to the world around him. To adhere to his senses, is to connect with the living, modern world and all its beauty and surprises. For Duncan, it is essential to find a heightened connection with this world, an unpolluted space by exercising imagination and will. Using found and artist-made objects, spaces and situations, Duncan transports you to another world, one that exists alongside ours, showing us the potential of things to come. Intuitiveness is a vital part of this process for Duncan when experimenting and attempting to make sense of the world through art.
Duncan graduated from Swansea Metropolitan Unviersity in 2007 with a BA (hons) Fine Art
