Laura is\u00a0a Finnish artist and illustrator now based in Cardiff, Wales.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.locwsinternational.com\/?attachment_id=6934\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6934\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6934\" alt=\"auralab_Paddy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.locwsinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/auralab_Paddy-300x199.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Laura is interested in mapping stories and experiences, with her illustrations articulating emotions and opinions, often in a humorous manner.\u00a0For Swansea, Laura is\u00a0undertaking her largest drawing project to date, an 8 x 8ft cube situated in Swansea City Centre.\u00a0This will captures the many different voices and stories of Swansea in Sorvala\u2019s unique style. Three sides of the cube will be done in the studio in response to her research in the city, with a live onsite drawing event takes place during on 14<sup>th<\/sup> September to complete the work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.locwsinternational.com\/?attachment_id=6935\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6935\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6935\" alt=\"Exp_angle_shot\" src=\"http:\/\/www.locwsinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Exp_angle_shot-300x163.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/locwsinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Exp_angle_shot-300x163.jpg 300w, https:\/\/locwsinternational.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Exp_angle_shot.jpg 920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Laura is co-founder of <a href=\"www.ctys.org.uk\">Come to your senses<\/a> project in collaboration with Emily Wilkinson.
