We are looking to work with existing art groups in Swansea area as well as individuals willing to take part in drop-in workshops. All the participants will be invited to take part in the procession through the city centre to Jacob&#8217;s commission in Swansea to coincide with the opening Art Across the City on the 7th of September 2013.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dahlgren\u2019s colourful sculptures have been exhibited in galleries and cities across Europe. This will be his first major UK commission. His playful work makes reference to clothes design, computer games and abstract art.
