Disguised in women\u2019s clothing farmers destroyed the tollgates and became known as &#8216;Rebecca&#8217;s Daughters&#8217; or the &#8216;Rebeccas&#8217;.<br \/>\nThrough a change in context and representation, Simon &#038; Tom Bloor give the quote new meaning and vigour, making it stand somewhere between a slogan and an inspirational call to action.
