Jude said,\u201d It looks like a car but after drawing it, it looks like a dolphin\u201d.
\nMehki asked, \u201cIs it a plane?\u201d.
\nMartha said, \u201c The texture looks like a turtle\u2019s shell, from the side it looks like a mast,\u201d These were some of the imaginative ideas that the children thought up after drawing David Cushway\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> work.Whilst viewing the Memory board of Colin Priest\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> work Lucy commented
\nthat, \u201cMy mum said that the slip bridge on the video used to have shops in the arches\u201d.
\nA few children asked if the slip bridge film was in real time, which was interesting.
\nLauren thought that the communal postcard installation resembled a huge sheep.
\nMehki and Josh were really interested in the archive pictures that Colin Priest had highlighted and started to copy some of the text into their sketch books.
\nLouis couldn\u2019t believe the scale of Jeremy Deller\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> work and molly instantly related it to Dylan Thomas.
\nMichael Stumpf’s<\/strong><\/a> work got an interesting response. Dylan asked, \u201cIs it a guy trapped inside a crystal?\u201d.
\nMaia thought \u201cIt\u2019s a guy putting up an umbrella\u2019.
\nWhen Olivia saw Emily Speed\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> balloon work she said, \u201cIts upside down, it\u2019s really confusing\u201d.
\nJude said, \u201cIf they were inflated they could lift the whole class. I think that they used to be inflated and probably looked really good\u201d.
\nOur last Artwork viewed by Graham Dolphin<\/strong><\/a> created a lot of questions about what was art. Mehki asked, \u201cDid there used to be a lake here?\u201d. Lucy asked, \u201cWas this in California?\u201d and Sophie asked if the sculpture was an historical monument.
\nKatie said, \u201cI really love this trip as I didn\u2019t know how much art was in Swansea\u201d.<\/p>\n
