We invite you to design an exciting fast car in this family drawing workshop and enter the competition for Art Across the City 2015. These free workshops are held in the main foyer of the National Waterfront Museum Swansea with Locws artist Rik Bennett, over Easter weekend; April 4th & 5th 12pm – 3pm.
Its FREE to enter the competition and there is the chance to win some great creative prizes! The competition is inspired by the new project by artist David Cushway, Locws International worked with David to create a scale model of a prototype for a land speed record car for Art Across the City 2015 which launched Saturday 21st March . We are looking for inventive, bold and colourful car designs that will make a vibrant display and explore your creativity.
To Enter: Create your A3 or A4 artwork using any medium you like including paint, pens, crayons, pencil, or collage, then post it to:

Please ensure your name, age, email address and telephone number are written on the back of your artwork.
If you would like us to return the artworks, please include a self-addressed envelope with your entry.
Competition closes on Friday 8th May 2015!
The winners will be announced the following week, the best entries will be included in an exciting public exhibition in the Swansea Civic Centre foyer from Tuesday 26th May, and the winners will be awarded great creative prizes. The exhibition will be seen by lots of visitors and the local community, this is an exciting opportunity to practice and share your artistic talents.
